Hoe wij naar de wereld kijken heeft alles te maken met onze referentiekaders, onze eigen overtuigingen en de bril waardoor we kijken. Bij SBLplus ga ik twee zaken tegen het licht houden: de wereld van de wil en de wereld van het doen.

Willen en doen

Wat wil je nou echt? En wat doe je? Komt dit overeen met elkaar?

Tijdens dit event staan een aantal vragen centraal. Wat wil je en doe je op persoonlijk vlak? Wie wil je zijn? Wat moet je daar als medewerker voor doen? Wat wil je uitstralen? En wat heb je daar als ondernemer voor nodig?

Wat gaat morgen je allereerste stap zijn?

Aan de hand van 3 items die symbool staan ​​voor de drie diensten van SBLplus, bespreken we wat iedereen voelt, ziet en denkt. Hoe jij iets ziet bepaald hoe jij ermee omgaat, hoe jij erover spreekt en hoe je het verkoopt. Maar is het oorspronkelijk ook zo bedacht?

Een open gesprek, met een duidelijk doel: Laten we van willen, één gezamenlijk doen maken.
