Health en Wellness vraagt om Daadkracht

Het Health en Wellness Festival is een uniek event dat bezoekers de gelegenheid biedt om de zomer te beginnen met extra aandacht voor hun gezondheid en welzijn. Van 11.00 uur tot 20.00 uur kunnen deelnemers genieten van een gevarieerd programma vol activiteiten, workshops en ervaringen die gericht zijn op het bevorderen van een gezonde en evenwichtige levensstijl.

De bezoekers van het festival worden ondergedompeld in mogelijkheden je fysiek, mentaal en spiritueel te ontwikkelen, maar wat ga je er nu daadwerkelijk mee doen? Dat is mijn rol voor deze dag. Het vergroten van de daadkracht en het stimuleren van het “let’s do it-gevoel”.

We gaan in gesprek over je wil en wat je er vandaag zelf aan doet dit in de realiteit te brengen. En hoe ga je vanaf nu verder? Wat is jouw one-step?
